Sarisuki is looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager who work cohesively and harmoniously with Finance leaders and other leaders in the organization. Responsibilities: Responsible for the month-end and year-end closing and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the financial information Responsible for financial statement preparation and analysis In charge of the financial/external audit, ensure timeliness of the audit procedure and ensure no audit findings Responsible for presentation of audit findings to the senior leaders and provide recommendation resolution on the audit findings, if there are any Handle the Treasury functions, such as bank reconciliation and other related functions Present Finance updates in Mancomm meetings or other leadership meetings, when required Assist Head of Finance in ensuring the efficiency and effective of the Finance Department Ad-hoc tasks as might be asked to do by the head of the department and/or management team

Sarisuki is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who will be part of the Finance Team. Responsibilities: Ensure team & organization compliance with Accounts Payable process and procedure, with any deviation identified, resolved and escalated on a timely manner Identify and recommend improvement on the Accounts Payable process and procedure Manage company’s accounts payable and work closely with the requestor, and strategize on payments of long outstanding due Be continuously abreast on tax changes, responsible in executing tax updates and changes, and conduct tax education or training, if needed Responsible in tax compliance: filing, payment, and reporting Assist in the Cash Flow forecasting and work with relevant heads on the payment priority per schedule Able to do a Root Cause Analysis and ensure non-repetition of the same problem Able to successfully resolve issues but know when to escalate challenges and errors to senior leaders Ad-hoc tasks as might be asked to do by the head of the department and/or management

Sarisuki is looking for a Finance Associate who will be a part of the Financial Reporting team. Handles posting of journal vouchers Review and analyze financial documents and transactions for accuracy and reconciliation Generates financial reports Assists in ensuring that deliverables of other teams are submitted and/or completed on time Ensures month-end closing are timely and accurate Prepares accurate cash forecast as scheduled and requested Handles Treasury functions such as disbursement, bank reconciliation and other bank transactions Assists in financial audits Ad-hoc tasks as might be asked to do by direct leader and/or head of the department
