The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for BPO positions. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates while ensuring hiring targets, quality standards, and turnaround times are achieved. The role works closely with hiring managers and operations teams to fulfill staffing requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.</li>
	<li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.</li>
	<li>Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.</li>
	<li>Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the recruitment process.</li>
	<li>Administer pre-employment assessments and facilitate background and reference checks as required.</li>
	<li>Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.</li>
	<li>Prepare and extend job offers and assist candidates with pre-employment requirements.</li>
	<li>Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring fulfillment, candidate endorsement turnaround, and offer acceptance rate.</li>
	<li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.</li>
	<li>Develop and maintain relationships with schools, job placement offices, and other recruitment partners.</li>
	<li>Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.</li>
	<li>Participate in job fairs, career events, and other employer branding initiatives.</li>
	<li>Perform other recruitment-related duties assigned by management.</li>
