AboitizPower

The Technical Sales Analyst is responsible for providing back office technical support in order to address specific needs and requirements of the different functional teams across APWholesale. 

Specific function includes but not limited to providing back office support such as facilitate review, routing and compilation of documents such as but not limited to CIF, CAF, RRTT, RTB, PSA/ESA, pre and post contracting data and docs from both external and internal stakeholders and bid requirements (for complex and formal bids). Also includes budget alignment and monitoring, report preparation/consolidation and internal and external coordination as necessary. 

Technical Business Support :

	<li>Gather and maintain data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability, particularly within Wholesale and various teams.</li>
	<li>Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for WS management usage </li>
</ul>

Office Administration Support :

<ul>
	<li>Coordinates with the different BUs and CSUs for Power Supply and Ancillary Services contracting requirements</li>
	<li>Drafts Wholesale related documents such as but not limited to contract approval forms, letters, pro-forma letter agreements </li>
	<li>Review of documents for approval prior to routing to approvers </li>

Sales Support :

<ul>
	<li>Provides assistance during the whole process of Competitive Selection Process activities (from start to finish) for both Ancillary and Power Supply agreements</li>
	<li>Develops and maintains digital database for PSA, ASPA and CSP documents output,including signed letters and approvals to ensure Wholesale team’s efficient and convenient access to the files at all times</li>

Technical Sales Analyst

The Trader is responsible for bidding the electricity output of AboitizPower’s Generation Assets into the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) and/or directly to the Customer recipients (in the case of Mindanao), on an hourly, day-ahead, week-ahead, and real-time basis, with concurrence to the overall strategy approved by Trading Manager, VP for Trading, and FVP of Energy Trading and Sales Department. The Trader’s offer/action is subject to the shift Senior Trader’s guidance.
