- An important role in the finance department, mainly responsible for processing and recording daily financial data and transactions，Accounting: Handle daily financial data entry, including processing and recording of invoices, receipts and payment documents.
- Account Reconciliation: Responsible for reconciliation of bank accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and monthly/annual settlement statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background: Usually requires a college
- Work Experience: For entry-level positions, 1 year or more of relevant work experience may be required
- Financial Knowledge: Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and basic requirements for financial reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of financial and office software such as Excel, etc., and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
