Job Summary: To assist/collaborate with the Online Business Division Manager in over all strategic planning and execution of targets, sales and marketing initiatives for company ecommerce accounts. To co-manage all company's ecommerce accounts together with the brand teams.

The Corporate Sales Associate is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will engage with corporate clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

To assist/collaborate with Online Business Division Manager and Channel Management Team in the overall execution of sales and marketing operations for Zalora online business, and other RMK online businesses, as needed. To assist/collaborate with all RMK internal and external partners (various divisions/brands, enabler and platforms), when required.

Responsible for the review, analysis, and evaluation of sales projections, purchase budgets, and purchase orders submitted by Brand. Prepares a complete and thorough analysis of the sales & purchase plan for both existing and new brands, including 3 to 5 years roll-out plans. Prepares periodic management reports on sales, purchases, inventory and profitability performance of all brands. Identifies areas of management concern, and provides recommendations to improve the brand’s performance. Takes a proactive role in evaluating the performance of the brands and stores even without a request from Brand Group and even without a scheduled buy for the season. This aims to support Brand Team in the management of the brands performance in terms of sales, inventory and GP.

The Regulatory Pharmacist is the FDA liaison on-record of the Company for all brands and services under its portfolio that require FDA registration. Alongside the regulatory function is ensuring that the company and all its registered-FDA products adhere to the set standards and specifications required by the FDA and local government unit/s. The position entails creating, updating and strictly implementing a set of tightly and precisely defined processes and procedures to ensure that all our products reach the trade and end consumers within the acceptable criteria of quality set by each brand and local regulatory unit/s.

The Associate Brand Manager handles all the marketing functions of her assigned brands. Following the directions and guidelines of the Division Manager and foreign principals, she formulates the objectives, strategies, and action plans for her assigned brands. She is responsible for the achievement of the sales, market share, gross profit, and contribution margin objectives of her assigned brands. She coordinates with the Sales Manager on all matters relating to the sales and implementation of sales promotions for her brands.

Job Summary: Through following accepted audit practices and principles, the Audit Manager is responsible for planning all phases of audits, making assignments to staff members, supervising staff members and completing complex audits of some companies under the Rustan Group.

To provide marketing input and support to the brand, by working closely with the Senior Brand Manager (SBM)/Brand Manager (BM), and the Sales Team, as well as the entire group / division and by aligning with the marketing processes / activities with the brand’s business plans, objectives and strategies. Must demonstrate commitment to the Company’s overall strategy, messages, and delivery of programs – working at all times in line with the Company’s best practice and in full support of its initiatives. Critical to success will be to feel fully part of and work well within the group / division.
