Job Description

The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, optimizing, and analyzing brand content and activations for retail and digital platforms. They are responsible for:

	<li>Mapping out the content pipeline from ideation through publication and promotion</li>
	<li>Attracting targeted online communities and network users</li>
	<li>Pursuing and retaining active customers</li>
	<li>Aligning marketing strategies and translating to digital communication</li>

Key Duties and Responsibilities / Key Result Areas

	<li>News Digest Editing: Research and edit articles for the Healthy Options News Digest</li>
	<li>Content Creation: Plan, create, optimize, and analyze content across social media and web channels including blogs, recipes and new product information. Also reviewing each piece of content before publication to ensure that it adheres to the brand’s quality standards, style guide, and campaign theme.</li>
	<li>Visual Storytelling: Research and production of informative retail visuals based on product highlights</li>
	<li>Membership Marketing: Create, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns targeted to current membership pool (emails, Viber and SMS channels)</li>
	<li>Audience Segmentation: Create targeted lists for personalized campaigns based on sales data</li>
	<li>Campaign Automations: Create, execute, and analyze automated digital campaigns</li>
	<li>Reporting and Analytics: Prepare reports relating to the performance of social media and digital assets. Make pertinent analyses and recommendations, as necessary.</li>
	<li>Social Listening: Perform social listening to determine digital conversations, gauge customer sentiments, identify competitors, and monitor key industry benchmark trends.</li>
	<li>Industry Benchmarking: Monitor the social media pages/feeds of (international) industry leaders and analyze their performance vs. our own.</li>
	<li>Stay up-to-date with current trends, technologies and digital marketing.</li>
