Key Responsibilities:

	<li>Track quotations, support OTM forecasts, and coordinate stock availability.</li>
	<li>Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships across commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.</li>
	<li>Guide application engineers in preparing selections, quotations, and after-sales support.</li>
	<li>Conduct technical presentations, project discussions, and solution pitches.</li>
	<li>Monitor sales pipeline, win/loss projects, and customer satisfaction metrics.</li>
	<li>Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and forecasts.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (applications, service, supply chain) for seamless execution.</li>
	<li>Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data and participate in regular governance and sales reviews.</li>
	<li>Stay updated on industry trends through training, workshops, and networking.</li>
	<li>Contribute to team initiatives and support business continuity efforts.</li>
