Job Summary
The Distribution Center Manager is responsible for overseeing all distribution operations within the center, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. This role requires the development and management of processes to maximize productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations of the distribution center, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on distribution center performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution center or warehouse management.
- Solid understanding of inventory management and logistics.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and other relevant technology.
- Amenable to be assigned in Pampanga
