About the Role
Join our dynamic team at Remedy Skintech, Inc. as a Copywriter. In this role, you will play a vital role in leading and managing copy needs across all facets of marketing to consistently elevate our brand voice throughout the customer journey. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to translate science, beauty, and our core brand into clear, compelling communication across all touchpoints.

• Develops compelling copy across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels
• Strategically writes and adapt copy for social media, advertising campaigns, PR materials, website and landing pages, CRM/Email marketing, In-Clinic collaterals, product and treatment storytelling
• Translate technical or science-backed information into consumer-friendly messaging without losing credibility
• Collaborate closely with the in-house creative and marketing teams from concept to execution
• Provide copy direction and guidance during creative development and implementation
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and tonality across all communication materials
• Support campaign ideation, launches, and brand storytelling initiatives
• Ensure timely delivery of all copy requests
• Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
• Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers.
• Lives out the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization.
• Adheres to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions and protocols.

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Creative Writing, Marketing, Communication, Communications Technology, Advertising, or related.
• 3 years of relevant work experience in professional writing (both long and short form)
• Must have experience writing for beauty, aesthetics, wellness, health-care, or science-driven brands
• English communication skill level:
  • Oral: Can communicate effectively and spontaneously without much difficulty
  • Written: acquisition Can produce complex, formal, and nuanced documents on any topic
• Experience working for an agency or the beauty/wellness/aesthetic industry is an advantage
• Able to balance aspirational brand language with clarity and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
