- Scheduling meetings and coordinating with the marketing team.
- Serving as the primary liaison between the sol and clients.
- Understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the
Solutions Manager. - Providing updates on technical issues, projects, or service requests.
- Explaining IT products, services, or solutions to clients.
- Demonstrating and training clients on IT systems or software usage.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent support and
service. - Addressing concerns proactively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Preparing performance reports to share insights and recommendations.
- Partnering with account management teams for tailored solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Has at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative.
- Understanding of IT systems, software, and technical concepts to address client needs effectively.
- Strong verbal and written skills for explaining technical solutions in non-technical terms.
- Ability to understand and prioritize client satisfaction.
- Efficiently managing timelines and tasks when dealing with client projects.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and planning capabilities.
