- Mengoperasikan mesin strobel untuk proses penyatuan upper sepatu dengan insole sesuai standar produksi;
- Memastikan hasil jahitan strobel rapi, kuat, dan sesuai kualitas yang ditentukan;
- Menyiapkan bahan dan perlengkapan kerja sebelum proses produksi dimulai;
- Mengecek kondisi mesin sebelum dan sesudah digunakan;
- Menjaga target produksi harian agar tercapai sesuai waktu yang ditentukan;
- Melakukan pengecekan hasil kerja untuk meminimalisir cacat produk;
- Menjaga kebersihan area kerja dan menerapkan standar K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja);
- Melaporkan kendala mesin atau hasil produksi kepada atasan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pria/Wanita;
- 30 - 35 tahun;
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat;
- Pengalaman sebagai Operator Strobel Sepatu minimal 2 - 3 tahun;
- Menguasai mesin strobel;
- Terbiasa mengoperasikan mesin strobel;
- Memiliki ritme kerja yang cepat;
- Sehat jasmani & rohani;
- Disiplin, jujur, dan memiliki etos kerja baik;
- Berdomisili di Cikarang dan Sekitarnya.
