- Acquire new merchants across various industries and onboard them onto Nicepay payment ecosystem.
Build and maintain long-term merchant relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - Drive transaction growth by monitoring performance and providing solutions to improve payment flows.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Nicepay products and services. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (Commercial, Product, IT, Operations) to ensure merchant needs are met.
Act as a consultant to merchants by providing the best payment solutions based on their business model. - Stay updated with payment industry trends in Indonesia and leverage insights to support business development.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to prospective and existing merchants. - Assist in resolving merchant issues in collaboration with the Operations and Support teams.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve team targets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Interested in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, ideally in payment, fintech, banking, or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of the Indonesian payment industry (e-wallets, e-money, BNPL, QRIS, cards, etc.). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand merchant needs and translate them into effective payment solutions. - Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with stakeholders. - Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
