Job Description
Position/Role Summary
The Recruitment Administration Associate will be responsible for administrative tasks such as creating job requisitions, scheduling intake sessions, arranging candidate interviews, and administering pre-employment assessments.
Reporting
This position will report to the Recruitment Administration Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates all levels of interviews
- Acts as a point of contact for computer based assessment/examination
- Maintains accuracy and completeness of the recruitment database
- High-volume encoding of received applications
- Ensuring completeness of details in the sourcing and pipeline tracker
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or any related course
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the role of HR Recruitment
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Average communication skills (can interact with US and Indian Hiring Managers)
- Amenable to follow 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift, hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite in Pasig City)
- Willing to accept a 6-months contract
