
Job Description
- Candidates should have a minimum of 3-7 years of experience working as an accountant supporting booking, HR and payroll processes.
- The Staff Accountant will work in an administrative function alongside HR, bookkeeping, Payroll and Client Services departments to ensure all employees receive excellent support in personnel, payroll and benefits matters.
- The successful candidate will also manage center finance including budget, expenses, petty cash and asset inventory.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills; keen attention to details
- Experience with preparing employee files and timekeeping for accurate payroll
- Ability to work well with others in a professional and confidential environment
- An understanding of financial statements and basic bookkeeping
- Track and maintain lists of company assets, particularly computers.
- Be self-motivating and able to manage and prioritize tasks while being consistent and dependable.
- Familiarity with SSS, HDMF and Philhealth benefits is a must. This includes processing/submitting maternity leaves, loan requests, and tax forms with appropriate authorities
- Experience with Sprout payroll system is a strong plus
- Strong spreadsheet/MS Excel skills
- Service-oriented mindset to ensure positive employee support experience
