Title: Data Scientist

Location: Pasig City, Metro Manila

About the role:

An exciting opportunity exists for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Data Scientist to support our analytics team in driving business intelligence platform transition, performing data analysis, and delivering insights that guide business decisions. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong technical skills, sharp focus on data quality, and versatility to support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence Platform Transition

• Collaborate with the data team and provide support in areas including, but not limited to, data quality and validation, QA automation, documentation, and reporting to ensure smooth transition from DOMO to Power BI

Business & Data Analysis

• Perform routine business analysis using various techniques, including but not limited to statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining from internal and external sources
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate insights effectively
• Produce written documentation and oral presentation to support the data analysis and report on findings to present to the higher management as necessary
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met
• Analyze the business, document organizational processes, and evaluate business models to identify opportunities for improvement

Operational Support Duties

• Work on timely resolution of day-to-day analytics tickets
• Maintain and deliver recurring reports and dashboards to support business operations
• Other relevant tasks that may be assigned

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization
• Experience with Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with machine learning frameworks
• End to end processing of data analytics
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with tools like Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus
• Ability and willingness to work on a hybrid and night shift work set-up in Silver City, Pasig
