What We Expect:
- Conduct cycle counts and variance audits for consignment and warehouse locations.
- Monitor Days Sales of Inventory (DSI) and implement actions for high-stock stores.
- Reconcile discrepancies in inventory counts and propose adjustments in the system.
- Facilitate proper inventory disposal processes in coordination with BIR and disposal facilities.
- Deliver compliance and variance reports with actionable recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications
You Should Have:
- Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Accounting Management/Financial Management, or any related course.
- Expertise in inventory management, audits, and variance analysis.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-department coordination.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for inventory disposal.
