Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze user and business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
- Translate requirements into clear documentation: Business Requirements, System Design, and Functional Specifications.
- Design database structures including ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram).
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to align user interface concepts with functional needs.
- Work closely with Developers to clarify technical details and ensure accurate implementation.
- Support QA team by reviewing test plans and scenarios.
- Assist Project Managers in defining scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a System Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Strong experience in database design and SQL, including the ability to create and interpret ERDs.
- Experience using documentation and diagramming tools.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.
- Experience in PPOB (Payment Point Online Bank) systems is a plus.
- Willing to work in the banking industry.
