Job Description
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Risk Management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining records.
- Assist in organizing and updating risk registers, insurance files, and supporting documents.
- Help consolidate and validate risk and insurance data for reporting, audits, and renewal purposes.
- Support the claims documentation and tracking process in coordination with the Risk Associate or Manager.
- Maintain and manage department trackers, logs, and databases for monitoring open actions, deadlines, and submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate logistics for business continuity activities, such as drills, training sessions, and communications.
- Handle internal correspondence, filing, and document control to ensure accurate and organized records.
- Collaborate with other departments to collect required information and facilitate smooth coordination for risk and insurance-related matters.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in administrative support or office coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SharePoint or data tracking tools is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills; service-oriented mindset
