Sustainability Associate  

This project-based role supports Monde Nissin’s sustainability capability-building program through the development of clear, engaging, and visually compelling information, education, and communication materials, and training programs. The role focuses on translating complex information and data into digestible content that promotes understanding, learning, and engagement among target audiences, and integrate sustainability into business practices across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
• Relevant experience in communications, learning and development, sustainability, or related fields
• Strong skills in content development and instructional design
• Experience creating communication, education, and training materials
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to support end-to-end program execution
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Open to a 5-month project-based engagement
