- Directly working with the producer and director, and managing the entire production staff.
- Hiring and coordinating with outsourced suppliers and crew.
- Selecting, ordering, and purchasing required production materials.
- Handling and monitoring production budget and spending.
- Approving locations, equipment, and other supplies.
- Ensuring that production runs as scheduled.
- Overseeing production processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- With at least two years of work experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent organization, problem-solving and planning skills
- Ability to motivate and manage project members
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Prior experience with production as a director or manager.
- In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
- Basic computer skill and with software like MS Office.
- Confident and good decision-making ability with attention to detail.
