Expand the local broker channel through recruitment and accreditation of local real estate local organizations, real estate brokers and salespersons.

Assist brokers with briefings, project presentations and end-to-end sales transaction process.

Facilitate client transactions and requirements.

Build and maintain professional networks with brokers and agents.

Assist in client and broker site visits.
- Conduct site orientations and product knowledge seminars.
- Support sales-related functions and expand the broker network.
- Lead the promotion, marketing, and sales of assigned projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Strong network of real estate brokers.
- Must be able to influence and manage licensed real estate brokers.
- Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
