In the past year alone, we've developed a suite of groundbreaking AI applications, exemplified by the Unified Salina App. This suite encompasses a chat-with-video app, a chat-with PDF app, and an AI assistant with memory capabilities. You'll be a key player in building and refining web applications like the V4 application . The V4 application, comprising Media Watch, Shared View, and Ad Watch, operates in harmony to deliver comprehensive media monitoring and analytics solutions, making a global impact.

As we expand into the global market, we're seeking a passionate individual with a strong background in UI/UX , a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

As a UI/UX Designer , you will be at the intersection of design and development, ensuring that our websites not only look exceptional but also provide an optimal user experience. You will be responsible for designing and implementing attractive and effective UI for our websites, maintaining a user-centric approach in all design processes, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

What are your responsibilities?

Design and Development:

• Create and implement visually appealing and functional UI designs for WordPress websites.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize website performance and ensure responsiveness.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with developers to communicate design ideas and prototypes.
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience.
• Document final designs and specifications for developer handoff.

User-Centric Design:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
• Create user personas and journey maps based on research data.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups around customer needs.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.

Industry Knowledge:

• Stay updated with the latest industry products, trends, and best practices.
• Integrate new design trends and technologies into WordPress development projects.

Problem-Solving:

• Identify and resolve UX issues related to usability and accessibility.
• Develop creative solutions to enhance user findability and overall experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a focus on WordPress development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and WordPress projects.
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is a bonus but not a requirement.
• Expertise in WordPress, including theme customization using no code tools like Elementor
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization for WordPress websites.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
