Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the long-term strategy for digital health service expansion, prioritizing the integration of physical and mental health advocacy across all touchpoints.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design scalable digital workflows that improve operational efficiency and patient health outcomes.
• Identify and evaluate emerging healthcare technologies and strategic partnerships to enhance MedGrocer’s holistic health service offerings.
• Oversee the governance of digital health data, ensuring the highest standards of security, clinical accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop junior managers to foster a culture of technical excellence and mission-driven health advocacy.

• Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Health Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role within the digital health or health-tech industry.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation or product development projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati.
