• Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, strategic business development, or senior account management.
• Proven experience in leading large teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in strategic planning and negotiation.
