The IT Hardware Intern provides technical support on hardware and software through maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Help configure company devices and guide users in operating all company-related software and equipment
• Assist in facilitating repairs and upgrades on various devices such as laptops, mobile phones, printers, and CCTVs
• Maintain repair logs and maintenance schedules
• Aid in setting up stable and secure network connections, firewalls, and access points
