Job Description
MedGrocer partners with numerous pharma companies and employers to enhance the health of over one million Filipinos annually through our medicine programs, telehealth services, and onsite medical staff.
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, helping patients understand their healthcare benefits and enrolling them in disease management programs. You will also work with cross-functional teams to facilitate a seamless patient experience.
You will be required to meet call quotas in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls:
- Educate patients about their healthcare benefits and inform patients about the disease management program requirements
- Facilitate patient enrollment, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders
- Inbound Calls:
- Address patients’ inquiries via call, SMS, and email
- Work with different teams to follow through on patient requests
- Update patient records accurately

Minimum Qualifications
- Able to work onsite in Makati;
- Preferably with experience in customer service or call centers;
- Detail-oriented and has experience with data entry using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;
- Communicates clearly in English or Tagalog
