Job Description

Front Desk Officer at Maxima plays a vital role in managing front desk on a daily basis and to perform various administrative and clerical tasks.

1. Coordinating front-desk activities including distributing of correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

2. Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

1. Must be able to do multitasking and time management.

2. Has a good customer service attitude.

3. Must be able to clearly communicate in English and Tagalog.

4. Work experience as a Front Desk Officer is an advantage but not a requirement.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and Office 365.

6. Graduate of any 4-year course.
