What are your responsibilities?
- Lead and scale influencer partnerships that drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Develop and execute a cohesive influencer strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key influencers and brand advocates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and events) to integrate influencer marketing into broader campaigns.
- Oversee contract negotiations, compliance, and payment processes for influencer collaborations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital media opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and develop data-driven recommendations for program improvements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer and employee advocacy programs.
