We are seeking an experienced and creative Video Producer with a strong background in an ad agency setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process—from concept development and pre-production planning to filming, post-production, and final delivery of high-quality video content. This role demands excellent project management skills, creative vision, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development & Pre-Production:
- Collaborate with creative directors, account managers, and clients to develop compelling video concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
- Plan and manage all aspects of pre-production, including scripting, storyboarding, location scouting, casting, and budgeting.
Production Management:
- Oversee on-set operations, ensuring efficient execution of filming schedules and quality control.
- Coordinate logistics such as equipment setup, crew assignments, and talent scheduling.
- Ensure that all productions adhere to brand guidelines and creative standards.
Post-Production & Delivery:
- Supervise the editing process to produce polished, high-impact final videos, incorporating motion graphics, sound design, and color correction as needed.
- Review and approve final deliverables, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage revisions and client feedback throughout the post-production phase.
Team Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between creative teams, production crews, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment to innovate and troubleshoot production challenges.
Project & Budget Management:
- Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Track project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring timely project completion.
Industry Trends & Innovation:
- Stay current with the latest video production trends, technologies, and best practices in the ad agency space.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance creative output and streamline production processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Video Producer in an ad agency or creative environment.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end video production for advertising campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality video content.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in video production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in the Philippines.
- Experience working with multicultural teams and international clients.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
