What are your responsibilities?
- Assist in managing influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate influencer outreach, communication, and content collaboration.
- Support contract negotiations, invoicing, and payment processing for influencer campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing and PR teams to align influencer activities with brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze influencer campaigns, providing insights and performance reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and influencer landscape changes.
- Assist in creating influencer engagement strategies to expand the brand’s reach.

The Influencer Relations Specialist is an integral part of the influencer marketing team, supporting the execution of strategic partnerships with key influencers. The ideal candidate should have:
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer relations, social media, or public relations, preferably within the HR or B2B tech sector.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and experience managing influencer collaborations.
- A strong understanding of social media trends, influencer engagement tactics, and brand advocacy.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
