- Prepare reports, monitor, and ensure that specific B2B insurance partnerships (bancassurance, embedded insurance, or other distribution partnerships) run smoothly from onboarding to go-live.
- Coordinate with relevant divisions (Actuarial, Operations, Compliance, IT) and external parties (B2B partners, financial industry stakeholders) to compile partnership reports and ensure technical/system integration runs as planned.
- Compile, manage, and analyze policy, claims, and program performance data required for specific insurance programs from start to finish.
- Ensure insurance operational processes especially policyholder-facing Customer Service (CS) run according to SOP and regulatory requirements, including identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements.
- Conduct analysis and implement promotional and branding activities for insurance products/programs based on business needs.
- Provide regular reports to management as a basis for evaluation and decision-making on partnership and operational performance.
- Support the direct supervisor in monitoring B2B insurance programs and CS operations to ensure they run according to the established timeline and comply with applicable insurance regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the insurance, sharia financial services, or broader financial industry (project management, partnership/business development, or operations experience is a strong plus).
- Comfortable managing data and preparing reports (proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets required; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus).
- Basic understanding of insurance business processes (policy administration, claims, underwriting, or bancassurance/partnership distribution) is highly valued.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, able to work effectively with multiple divisions (Actuarial, Compliance, Operations) and external partners.
- Detail-oriented, experienced in monitoring project/program progress from start to finish, comfortable working with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- A plus: familiarity with Sharia insurance principles, OJK regulations, or prior experience working with insurance partners/aggregators.
