Ensure Clinic-Level Compliance to Regulatory Standards

Achieve full compliance with all relevant regulations, accreditations, certifications, permits, and licensing requirements from governing bodies for multiple Kindred clinics such as:

• LGUs (Taguig, Quezon City, etc.)
• Mayor’s Permit
• Local Health Department
• DENR
• Building Permits Per Lessor
• Notice to Proceed
• Permit to Construct
• OSH
• BIR

Ensure Company-Level Compliance to Regulatory Standards

Achieve full compliance with all relevant regulations, accreditations, certifications, permits, and licensing requirements from governing bodies such as:

• BIR
• SEC
• DOLE
• DOH
• FDA
• DTI
• NPC

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• 1-2 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role, preferably within healthcare or a regulated industry
• Understanding of Philippine regulatory bodies and their requirements (e.g., LGUs, DOH, BIR, SEC, DENR, FDA, DTI, NPC, and DOLE).
• Familiarity with clinic-level and company-level compliance standards (e.g., Mayor’s Permit, Health Department requirements, OSH standards).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in compliance documentation and regulatory filings.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with internal departments, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Project management skills to oversee complex compliance initiatives and ensure timely completion.
