Brand Activation Associate

As a Brand Activation Lead, you will have a chance to bring the impact of Kalibrr to real life. You will be responsible for managing various Kalibrr external events and partnership engagement that aimed to increase brand awareness of Kalibrr itself. Therefore, this would be a perfect chance for you to improve your skills.

Your main task and responsibilities in this role would be:

• Managing one event associate, one partnership associate and one event intern
• Sourcing, negotiating and assessing activation deals for Kalibrr
• Managing Kalibrr's events for clients; government, state own enterprise, multinational/ private owned company
• Managing all external/internal events for Kalibrr -held by either Kalibrr itself or external parties- from start to finish.
• Make sure that Kalibrr hit the partnership goals
• Make sure Kalibrr's brand awareness is increase to event activations and fruitful partnership

• Bachelor's of Communication/Art (PR/ Communication/ Marketing Communication/ etc.)
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Having at least 1 year of working experience preferably from Marketing Agency
• Pay great attention to detail and having a good communication skills
• Experienced in managing projects/events/client requests
• Ability to work underpressure and maintaining hard work under low supervision
• Good team working ability and communication skills
