Junior Multimedia Designer  

Design Execution

• Produce digital, print, and motion assets that align with campaign briefs and brand standards.
• Support in creating content for social media, e-commerce, and internal brand platforms.
• Apply AI tools to explore creative options, accelerate workflows, and enhance design output.

Collaboration & Campaign Support

• Work with senior designers and other creatives to refine layouts, motion graphics, and video edits.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and visual solutions.
• Support pitch materials, decks, and presentation design for client meetings.

Process & Growth

• Maintain accuracy and consistency in file organization, brand assets, and project timelines.
• Stay updated on design trends, motion techniques, and AI-driven creative innovations.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and feedback sessions to build your skill set.

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience in roles such as Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, or similar creative functions.
• Internship experience in a digital marketing or creatives agency may be considered, especially if supported by a strong portfolio.
• Exposure to cross-platform content creation, including digital, social media, and internal brand materials.
• Experience working in hybrid or digital-first organizations is an advantage.
• Video editing experience is a significant advantage, particularly for social media and promotional content.

Required

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia work, including graphics, motion, and digital content.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Knowledge of AI tools and prompting for creative workflows (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Adobe AI features, ChatGPT for ideation, other AI tools).
