- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support the Finance and Accounting Manager in preparing financial reports
- Process and verify invoices, including preparing disbursement schedules
- Resolve concerns related to billing and disbursement
- Summarize and analyze accounts payable to support the cash flow forecast
- Review and process liquidation and supporting documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Based in Metro Manila or Rizal only (due to hybrid work set up)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Experience in General Accounting
- Experience in market research industry is an advantage
- Experience in QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
- Keen to details and highly organized
- Good communication skills and collaborative
- Knowledgeable in basic tax laws and regulations
- Flexible and can work on multiple tasks or deadlines
