- In collaboration with our Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer is responsible for developing a wide range of company marketing materials, both online & offline, including:
- Brochures/flyers
- Posters
- Magazine adverts
- Trade show materials (for example, pull up banners)
- Social media graphics
- Web banners
- Graphics for email campaigns
- You will be required to use photoshop & must be experienced in photo editing to a high professional standard
- Responsible for continuously maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics by working to our brand guidelines to ensure all design work uses the brand colours, typeface and other visual and written content adheres to brand guidelines.
- You will work closely with our marketing manager to receive a brief and create designs from that brief. You should be open to receiving feedback and creating different versions until the final has been approved.
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them. You must be experienced in understanding how to prepare documents for printing.
- Manage the design and uploading process of all project material
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
- 5+ years' experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
- The ability to converse and write in English at a high level
- Proven experience with graphic design working with international (western) businesses, with a strong portfolio of work
- Understanding of marketing & branding
- Experience working with Scandinavian design is a plus
- Solid organization and time management skills with excellent ability to manage multiple tasks equally well, whilst meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Work well on their own initiative as well as part of a team
- Openness to feedback
- Strong attention to detail
