Job Description
You will be working with a prominent aesthetics medical spa company based in the U.S. as our client is currently looking for an accomplished Social Marketing Admin to join their dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution of our social media calendar, ensuring timely and engaging content across various platforms. This role involves utilizing task management tools, addressing approval process challenges, and providing essential support for reporting and recruitment-related social media tasks.
Responsibilities
- Execute the social media calendar, including planning, scheduling, and oversight of posts.
- Utilize Monday for task management, ensuring proper labeling, assignment, and meeting deadlines.
- Monitor and address bottlenecks and challenges in the approval process for posts.
- Update the social calendar based on business needs as directed through Slack #social channel.
- Assist with reporting by pulling data from Brandwatch and contributing to monthly reporting decks.
- Provide support for additional social media tasks as needed.
- Manage the company and recruitment team requests for organic social media.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management/administration.
- Familiarity with Monday and social analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and adjust the social calendar accordingly.
- Detail-oriented with attention to brand guidelines and approval processes.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Collaborative team player.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and trends.
- Willingness to take the initiative and contribute to the overall success of social marketing efforts.
- Must be willing to work US-business hours (details will be provided and may still change)
