Job Description

We are seeking bright professionals to join our organization as a Start-ups and SME Development Officer. This role involves coordinating the development of strategies, educational programs, and consultations for potential Listed Companies and securities issuers through the capital market. It includes collaborating with internal or external parties to promote the go-public process and securities issuance. Additionally, it involves preparing analyses for prospective companies and issuers, identifying necessary regulatory adjustments, and refining exchange regulations. This role also entails coordinating mentoring activities, follow-up development actions, and managing a database of potential Listed Companies and securities issuers.

Minimum Qualifications

Specific Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in all major preferably in management/ economics/ accounting
  • Having min. 2 years of experience in related field
  • Having strong in data analysis, corporate finance, design thinking, & accounting
  • Familiar with event & project management, communication, and public speaking, & desk composing
  • Work Location in Head Office, Jakarta


General Requirements:

  • Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, & Power Point)
  • Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbally and writing
  • Having knowledge related to Capital Market will be an advantage.
