Job Description
- Conduct the end-to-end onboarding process for newly-hired employees
- Assist employees in obtaining government-provided benefits
- Handle records management of employees (i.e., 201 files, certificate of employment, HMO documents, clearance forms, etc.)
- Champion for performance management by ensuring employee evaluations are conducted regularly and appropriately
- Handle employee discipline
- Help develop fun and meaningful employee engagement activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Has a strong background in employee relations
- Preferably with at least 2 years of professional experience in the HR field
- Amenable to a hybrid work setup
- Ready to join a diverse and dynamic team!
