QA Analyst for ERP System  

We're looking for someone who's naturally curious about how systems, processes, and numbers work.

If you've ever looked at a transaction and wondered, "Did that actually post correctly?" or followed a workflow end-to-end just to make sure every step behaved the way it should, you'll probably enjoy this role.

We're not building consumer apps where success is measured by clicks and page views. We're working with business systems that support accounting, billing, operations, and day-to-day workflows.

Your job is to make sure the system behaves the way the business expects it to—even when things get complicated.

This isn't just about checking whether a button works.

It's about understanding how a process should work, validating outcomes, and catching issues before they impact the business.

What you'll be doing

• Testing enhancements, fixes, and new functionality across ERP software and related business systems
• Following business workflows end-to-end to make sure transactions, data, and processes behave correctly
• Working closely with consultants and subject matter experts to understand what the expected outcome should be
• Validating accounting, billing, operational, and ERP-related processes
• Finding, documenting, and clearly communicating issues so they can be resolved efficiently
• Writing test cases that reflect real-world business scenarios, not just system requirements
• Verifying reports, calculations, integrations, and data accuracy
• Helping improve testing processes, documentation, and overall system quality
• Exploring ways to make testing more efficient through automation and AI-assisted tools where appropriate
• Supporting user acceptance testing and release validation activities

You'll be a great fit if you...

• Have experience testing ERP, accounting, finance, billing, inventory, payroll, or other business systems
• Understand how business processes translate into system workflows
• Have experience creating test cases, executing test plans, and documenting defects
• Are comfortable validating calculations, reports, financial data, and business rules
• Can work closely with consultants, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to understand expected outcomes
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Pay attention to details that can impact business operations, reporting, or financial accuracy
• Are comfortable working in complex systems with interconnected processes

Bonus points if you've done this before

• Tested ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, or similar business systems
• Worked with accounting, finance, procurement, inventory, payroll, or billing workflows
• Have web app testing experience (Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or similar)
• Participated in ERP implementations, upgrades, or system migrations
• Used SQL or reporting tools to validate data
• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve product functionality, user experience, workflows, or overall system efficiency.
