Podcast Network Asia is seeking a proactive, empathetic, and highly organized Customer Success Officer (Contractual). In this role, you will be the primary advocate for our podcast hosts and brand partners, ensuring they receive maximum value from our services.
Unlike a traditional support role, you won't just wait for problems to arise—you will actively manage the client journey from onboarding to reporting, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. This is a perfect role for someone who loves building relationships and has a passion for the podcasting industry.
Minimum Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the new clients and brands through the process, ensuring they are set up on our platforms and understand the production workflow.
- Conduct regular "health checks" with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their goals are being met.
- Act as the liaison between the client and our internal teams, translating client feedback into clear, actionable notes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting scheduling conflicts, technical questions, or production delays.
- Share "small wins" with clients throughout the month (e.g., high-performing clips or chart rankings) to keep engagement high.
- Maintain updated client profiles and communication logs to ensure the team is always aligned on client preferences.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a Client Relations role (Media or Agency experience is a plus).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino; must be comfortable speaking with high-profile talent and corporate brand managers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce), project management software (Asana/Trello), and communication platforms (Slack/Discord).
- A "can-do" attitude with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday.
