Part Time Sports Scriptwriter  

As a Part-Time Sports Scriptwriter, you will be responsible for creating compelling podcast content focused primarily on basketball and volleyball. Your role goes beyond just writing scripts—you’ll be involved in content ideation, research, and developing engaging outlines for various platforms. You’ll work closely with producers to ensure high-quality sports coverage that resonates with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Write scripts and content outlines related to NBA, PBA, and PVL.
• Research trends, stats, and news to ensure content is accurate and engaging.
• Collaborate with the production team to develop fresh and exciting sports segments.
• Assist in brainstorming ideas for video and audio content.
• Ensure consistency in tone, storytelling, and accuracy of information.
• Adapt content for different platforms (podcasts, social media, video segments, etc.).

Qualifications

• A deep passion for and knowledge of basketball (NBA, PBA, PVL) and other sports.
• Strong writing skills with experience in sports journalism, content creation, or scriptwriting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
• Open to working 7 days a week for a few hours per day (approx. 2-4 hours daily) as a part-timer.
