Customer Success Officer  

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Officer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive and successful experience with our services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with onboarding, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance throughout their journey with our services.
• Assist customers with onboarding, ensuring they understand how to use our products and services effectively.
• Proactively check in with customers to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product, to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is relayed.
• Educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices to maximize their success with our platform.
• Track and report on key customer success metrics, using insights to improve processes and customer engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer success, customer support, or account management role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to do shifting schedule.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
