We are looking for a Community Associate to be the front-of-house ambassador of Prosmash. This role is responsible for delivering a warm, energetic, and professional first impression while ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception area.
You will handle member check-ins, bookings, inquiries, and basic sales support, while helping create a welcoming community environment where members feel recognized, supported, and excited to return.
This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, service-oriented, and enjoys working in an active, people-focused environment.
Front Desk & Member Experience
- Greet all members and guests warmly and professionally
- Handle member check-ins, court bookings, and walk-in inquiries
- Manage daily attendance logs and booking schedules
- Assist new members with onboarding and basic facility orientation
- Respond to basic questions about programs, schedules, and promotions
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Sales & Booking Support
- Assist in promoting club programs, classes, events, and memberships
- Upsell packages, merchandise, and coaching sessions when applicable
- Handle payment collection and issue official receipts
- Support promotions, referral programs, and event registrations
Administrative & Operations Support
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and member information
- Coordinate with coaches and operations staff regarding schedules
- Report incidents, member feedback, and facility concerns to management
- Assist with inventory tracking for merchandise and supplies
- Support basic reporting (daily sales, attendance, incident logs)
Community & Events Support
- Help facilitate tournaments, leagues, and social events
- Assist with event registrations and crowd flow during busy periods
- Encourage positive community interactions among members
- Support social media content capture when needed (photos, short videos)
Minimum Qualifications
- College level or graduate of any business, hospitality, sports, or related course preferred
- With at least 1 year experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, gym, or club environment (fresh grads with strong people skills may be considered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using basic computer systems, POS, and booking software
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Good-to-haves
- Interest in sports, fitness, or wellness
- Experience in gym, sports club, hotel, or coworking front desk
- Sales-oriented mindset and comfortable offering promotions
- Social media savvy for basic content support
