- Research and recommend marketing strategies in collaboration with managers and stakeholders, designed to achieve specific sales and marketing objectives.
- Actively research what our competitors are doing and share this information before creating new campaigns.
- Social media management and email marketing
- Collaborate with various departments
- Provide administrative, research, data entry, data uploading, data cleanup, or other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of our division, as and when required.
- Assist in various creative initiatives for the company such as events, training, trade shows, webinars and the like.
- Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including:
- assisting with special projects
- designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations;
- collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence;
- maintaining contact lists;
- making travel arrangements; and
- completing expense and mileage reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies

Minimum Qualifications
As a Marketing Specialist, you are expected to be proactive in assisting the Operations team with projects and tasks that aim to better the Company’s services. This remote position requires excellent communication skills, organization, and a strong work ethic.
