Website Project Coordinator | Remote  

• Assist our clients in their project’s production process.
• Act as the bridge between our clients and the production team.
• Ensure the project remains within scope.
• Try to keep the project timelines within the approved schedule.
• Continuously add value to our clients through top tier-customer service and developing “best-in-class” products/services with our product development team .
• Work with team members to develop creative solutions for clients and their website.
• Create an environment cultivating a high-level of customer service, excellence and performance for the team
• Report department performance on a weekly basis: important issues, what went well and what could be improved
• Stay up to date with industry best practices
• Regularly coordinate with the client and production teams regarding any new/updated processes or products
• Give feedback to the management team to improve products, services and customer experience.
• Maintain an objective approach on keeping clients happy and coming back for more work

Job Requirements:

• Experience in project management
• Background in art and design is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
• Background in customer support with at least 1 year experience servicing customers in the U.S. / North America.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with at least a neutral North American accent, including the ability to explain and present technical information
• Background in handling internet-related products such as web hosting and web design.
• Highly adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
• Goal-driven and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willing to work with a team.
• Salesforce knowledge is a strong plus.
• Wordpress knowledge is a strong plus.
• Willing to work in the night shift
