- Prepares clinic facilities and equipment before operations.
- Resolves operational issues promptly with concerned units.
- Monitors patient flow and recommends process improvements.
- Coordinates rush and endorsed patients for timely processing.
- Analyzes and reports patient survey results to management.
- Acts as triage officer and escalates concerns when needed.
- Ensures all endorsed patients are tracked and received.
- Handles patient inquiries and concerns, coordinating resolutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Any 4 or 2 years related degree course
- With at least 1 year background in Customer Service in any industry
- Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and resolving conflict
- Self starter, multi-tasking and can work under pressure and tight schedule
- Quality focus and analyzing information
- Very good communication skills and documentation
