Senior Mobile & Web UX/UI Designer  

Join a cross-functional digital team working on a customer-facing utility management app.

The platform serves thousands of residential and commercial users, helping them manage billing, payments, and service requests efficiently. We're improving core features and expanding new services.

We are looking for a mid-career UI/UX Designer to help deliver a seamless, modern user experience.

Must-have

• 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX Design, with a focus on mobile-first solutions
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design libraries)
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Design Systems — building reusable components and shared libraries.
• A portfolio showing strong visual design skills and understanding of UX fundamentals
• Experience with responsive design and basic accessibility principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable presenting design decisions, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Nice-to-have

• Experience working on apps related to utilities, billing, fintech, or account management
• Familiarity with agile workflows and tools like Jira.
• Interest in improving real-world digital services used by a broad and diverse user base.
