- Develop, maintain, and improve internal and client-facing applications
- Write and maintain clean, efficient code and database queries
- Support technical delivery of projects, including implementation and configuration
- Collaborate with core engineering teams to meet delivery scope and timelines
- Provide standby engineering support, including weekends when required
- Troubleshoot application and system issues and perform timely escalation when needed
- Build and maintain technical automation to improve operational efficiency
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Act as backup support for applications and communication tools when the primary PIC is unavailable
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field
- 0–1 year of relevant professional experience
- Experience in software engineering, application support, or technical support roles
- Proficiency in writing and debugging backend or scripting code
- Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries
- Knowledge of application lifecycle, deployment, and system maintenance
- Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
- Experience in log analysis, system troubleshooting, and technical documentation
- Availability to provide on-call or weekend support when required
