- Supervise and lead the customer service team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Develop and implement effective customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend service improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, product, operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to support the team and customers.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and service issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance service quality.
