PR Lead  

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement PR strategies
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
● Attend to press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to ensure consistent
messaging across all communication channels.
● Manage media inquiries and interview requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses
● Handle crisis communication if needed
● Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, and social media, to
amplify PR efforts.
● Handle PR campaigns and projects
● Handling of KOLs
● Stay up to date on industry trends and media landscape changes to identify
opportunities for project visibility

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Lead to oversee all public relations strategies within the agency. The PR Lead will be responsible for managing media relationships, attending to press materials, handling crisis communication, and driving thought leadership initiatives. This role requires a strong storyteller with a proven track record of building and executing
successful PR campaigns.

Qualifications:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in public relations, digital media, or influencer marketing, preferably in an agency or brand management setting.
• Proven experience in managing KOLs, influencers, and digital media relationships.
• Strong understanding of digital PR strategies, social media trends, and influencer marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and press materials.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Experience in media outreach, media relationship management, and monitoring coverage.
• Creative, proactive, and a strong problem solver with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to measure and report on PR campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
• Leadership experience is a plus, particularly in managing teams or mentoring junior staff members.
